At NYGH I worked closely with nurses, patients, administrators, and oncologists to deeply understand real-world clinical workflows and translate them into effective digital solutions.  I worked closely with the hospital informatics team to integrate HL7 messages through the hospital integration system, collaborating with multiple team members. I led training sessions and provided ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, while continuously engaging these teams for usability feedback and testing to refine and improve the overall experience.
