Director of Product Design
At MyJourney Health, I led product design across a full oncology suite, including a clinician cancer conference tool, a nurse management platform, and a patient-facing mobile app. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, QA, business analysts, and leadership to bring complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, user-centered solutions. A big part of my role was understanding both patient and clinician needs through direct engagement with hospital teams, research boards, and real-world feedback, and translating that into scalable product decisions. I also navigated technical integrations like HL7 and ensured all products met strict PHI and SOC 2 compliance standards. From improving patient onboarding with features like OHIP scanning to continuously iterating based on user feedback, I focused on building products that were not only functional, but actually meaningful and effective in real healthcare environments.
