For ConnectWise, I led the end-to-end design of a customer-facing invoice payment portal built on NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA), enabling users to seamlessly view and pay invoices online. I designed the full UI/UX experience, integrating PayPal Braintree for secure payment processing, including support for saved payment methods and streamlined checkout flows. Working closely with engineering, I translated complex financial and system requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions that improved payment efficiency and overall customer experience.
